Weekend “Would You Rather?” 10

After playing an interesting round of “Would You Rather?” with the family, I thought it would be fun to get into the game of a weekly blog post.  Feel free to join in on your own blog and be sure to give an answer to the question of the week.

**I will keep these questions rated G**

Would you rather go back to 1776 and meet the people that signed the Declaration of Independence

OR

Go to 2076 and witness the 300 year anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence?

Be sure to leave your answer (and justification) in the comments!

I do not wish to be an (Fill in the blanks) but I think I would rather go back to 1400 and advise the Indians to shoot at the things with the white warbonnets floating in the inlets and to never allow any of the “Gods” in the small canoes to set foot on the shore. Of course I am being facetious — or am I? Hard to tell how I feel since I am mostly Dover English with a smattering of American Lenape Indigenous thrown into the mix. LOL

I think I would rather go forward…mostly because I am anxious to see where this country will end up!

Ummm… would I be able to come back to the present in a Delorean or would I be stuck there? 🙂 I suppose meeting the old guys would be cool but we’d not be able to chat about the future for fear of somehow changing the time continuum… or in the least violate the Prime Directive in a time travel sort of way. I might suggest to them to use better language on that Second Amendment they will soon be writing. I would like to kick back with an ale with old Ben F. and talk science… but even that I’d fear a Timecop showing up.
