Weekend “Would You Rather?” 20

After playing an interesting round of “Would You Rather?” with the family, I thought it would be fun to get into the game of a weekly blog post.  Feel free to join in on your own blog and be sure to give an answer to the question of the week.

**I will keep these questions rated G**

good-would-you-rather-questions

Would you rather have to leave the country you now live in and be unable to return

OR

Spend the rest of your life being unable to make more than minimum wage?

Be sure to leave your answer (and justification) in the comments!

I choose No. 2 today because I do not want to leave the country and I already have an obscene amount of this world’s goods and have no need for any kind of wage.

Given option 1 is more a conditional choice and option 2 is more a situational choice… and a situation can be changed by choice.. I will go with option 2.
Boy, that sounded scientific and analytical. Trust me.. I selected option 2 cause I wanna stay where the junk food is.

Tough one…..I love my country but if it meant a better life for my family then I would have to move…there is nothing more important than family at least to me and any way I can improve their lot i life then I must take it. chuq

I don’t know. Can that be my answer? What’s in this new country? And what am I leaving behind in this country to go there? Also, is minimum wage here such a bad thing in this hypothetical? Maybe it’s more than enough to get by. I’ll need some more details before I commit to an answer. 😉

That defeats the purpose of playing. Asking questions to determine which is the best answer takes the fun out of putting faith behind a decision and facing the fear of the unknown.

I call baloney! Life is in the details and I want to know as many of them as possible before I make a decision. This game might not be for me, eh? 😉
